Most orders are simple and straightforward. These policies help protect both you and FinerJen when an order involves custom materials, larger quantities, or organization logos.
Larger or higher-cost orders may require a deposit before materials are ordered or production begins. The deposit amount will be confirmed with your quote.
Final payment is due before completed custom orders are released, shipped, or delivered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Once materials have been ordered or production has begun, changes or cancellations may result in additional charges. Deposits may be non-refundable to the extent they cover materials, custom transfers, blanks, or other costs already incurred for the order.
Customers are responsible for confirming they have permission to reproduce any logo, trademark, seal, badge, insignia, or copyrighted artwork submitted for an order. Government, school, public-safety, business, team, or other organization logos may require verification that the person placing the order is authorized to use them. FinerJen reserves the right to request written authorization before production.
Quoted pricing and approved order details take precedence for individual custom orders.
